Springtime Startups (May/June):
- Activate and function test entire system.
- Adjust heads as needed for straightening, leveling with turf, spray pattern, coverage, etc.
- Thoroughly check for and repair any and all leaks or system malfunctions.
- Program timer for standard scheduling and volumes, per customer request or per city current city ordinances
Summertime:
- Timely response to emergency leaks, breaks or general system malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and correct problem areas or dry spots.
- Re-program system timers as needed or requested.
- Modify system components to optimize and/or reduce water consumption.
- Re-position zones or heads as needed due to changes in landscaping, etc.
- Perform expansions and modifications to existing systems: add heads or entire zones per customer request (add spray zones to lawns, bubbler zones for trees, custom garden zones, drip zones for shrubs, etc.), Install and program new controllers to optimize system, Install weather sensors to optimize water consumption.
Fall - Winterizations
- Proper end-of-season winterizations performed in advance of hard freezing conditions in order to avoid damages.
- Performed utilizing a high-volume industrial air compressor to ensure thorough and complete system drainage.
- Leave back-flow preventer and all system valves properly positioned to avoid damages over the winter months.
